Return and Exchange Policy: Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty, agreement, and regulations, the consumer has no right to replace or return products offered to him by Asiamatics store due to health reasons and out of concern for your safety; except for damaged products.
Damaged Products Return Policy: Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty, agreement, and regulations, the consumer is granted the right to return damaged products according to the following mechanism:
The damaged product return ticket must be reported and submitted immediately and within 48 hours only from the date the customer receives the order and according to the delivery company's statement or delivery date.
If the specified period for reporting and submitting a damaged product return ticket is exceeded, the product is considered non-returnable permanently.
The damaged product is recovered from the customer in its original condition and with its original packaging without being used or attempting to open it or change its packaging features.
The damaged product return usually takes 7-12 working days once the return procedures are initiated by Asiamatics management.
The amount for the damaged product will be refunded within 7-12 working days after Asiamatics management receives the product and verifies its condition.
The refund for the damaged product will be transferred to the bank card used for the payment.
Asiamatics management bears all fees related to returning the damaged product.

It is essential to fill out the damaged product return form correctly and completely, without leaving any fields blank.
Return forms with incorrect or incomplete data will not be considered, and the customer is responsible for that.
